Mazglad Residence: Door Hardware on Exterior Doors

This customer wanted to update the door hardware on the exterior doors of their home. The polished brass finish was tarnished and just did not work any longer. Always amazing at what a difference such a small change makes to the curb appeal of your home. Hardware style and color. Nice addition to this beautiful home!

Dean Residence: Entry Door Hardware

This customer has a beautiful set of entry doors that they thought they were going to have to replace due to the existing door hardware being broken and would not operate properly. The existing door hardware did not conform to the industry standards for the center to center measurement of the holes that are bored into the door for the hardware to be installed.

After taking measurements of the existing door hardware and looking at the new door hardware that the customer would like to use, Nesco Construction was able to retrofit the existing doors for the new door hardware without any damage. This in turn saved the customer the expense of replacing the pair of doors. Changing our the doors would have also changed the entire entryway of their home and curb appeal as well. Now they have new door hardware that they will be able to enjoy for many years to come as well as their beautiful doors too.

Annette Residence: Door Hardware

This customer has a handleset on both the active and inactive doors on the front of their home. They were not happy with how the finish had become tarnished over time and inquired about replacing the handlesets. Parts are no longer available for this brand of handleset. The center to center boring is unique to the manufacturer and does not allow a different manufacturer’s product to be installed without modification to the doors. Nesco Construction suggested refinishing the exterior side of each handleset. The refinished handlesets look much better than the before picture. The process usually takes one week to be completed.
