This customer had a pantry area built inside of their home with wood shelving by others. They were told that they would have a pair of interior doors on the opening but it never happened. Nesco Construction was contacted to look at the project. The opening size would not allow regular size doors to be used. A pair of doors were custom made with red oak at the customer’s request. Casing also in red oak that matched the profile of casing in the rest of their home was also used. Customer wanted to try to match the existing stain color that had been used on the kitchen cabinets and wood floor. After explaining to them that matching stain is not like matching paint and that we would try to get the color close but would not guarantee to match the color 100%, we all agreed to move forward with the project. As you will see in the after picture, the stain color matched better than expected. Customer now has doors on their pantry area.
This customer wanted to update the kitchen cabinets in their modular home. They purchased all of the materials and everything was delivered to their home. Nesco Construction was able to remove and dispose of the old cabinetry. The new cabinetry was installed per the design drawing. New microwave was installed and connected to the existing venting. Project was a success!
Customer had an existing range hood mounted to the bottom of a cabinet. Customer wanted to have a more modern looking range hood with a chimney in lieu of the cabinet. The tile backsplash was extended to the top of the cabinets. Huge difference in the kitchen with the more modern range hood!
Standard pantry door had to go. Customer wanted to have a door for the pantry that was completely different than the rest of the house. Big difference!
Customer had existing wire shelving inside of their pantry and they were unhappy with it. Nesco Construction was able to increase the width of the shelving and make the shelves out of wood. Result was more storage space and stronger shelves. Everything was even painted before installation. Project was started and completed in one day.
The pantry door and laundry room door for this home were changed out with new door slabs that the owner provided. The new doors were prepped in the field by Nesco Construction and hung on the existing jambs. A small change but, a significant difference!
This customer is located in Pahrump. They could not find a licensed contractor in Pahrump that would assist them with their project. Nesco Construction was contacted by the customers and advised that they would like to replace the door slab at the pantry as well as have a pair of doors installed on the den in order to provide privacy to anyone that would be in the den. An appointment was scheduled for us to obtain the information needed in order to provide an estimate for the new doors. The pantry door was changed from a production grade hollow core door to a door with a single lite of narrow reed glass. What a huge difference! The den went from being a finished opening to having a pair of doors installed that have a single lite of white laminated glass in each door. This allows light to pass through but, provides privacy also.
This customer has a new home. They wanted to enhance the interior by changing the pantry door from the existing solid style door type that is throughout the inside of their home to something that had some decorative glass. The new pantry door has narrow reed glass in lieu of a solid door. What a significant change to the interior of this home! Nesco Construction was able to match the paint color and sheen to what was used on the other interior doors. New door was hung on the existing door jamb.
This customer had a unique issue. They are in the process of selling their home. There was some damage to the deck on the inside of the kitchen sink cabinet as you can see from the before picture. Nesco Construction was able to supply and install a new white deck for the inside of the kitchen sink cabinet.
The pantry door in this customer’s home swung out into the kitchen area. Most of the time the door was left open and created an obstruction to get past in order to get into the pantry area. In lieu of the hinged door, a sliding door was used. The sliding door closes off the pantry area when not in use. When the sliding door is open, it is against the wall and does not intrude into the kitchen area. This door was a wonderful upgrade with the white laminated glass panels. The door handle that was used matched the existing cabinet door and drawer hardware.
