The downstairs bathroom in this customer’s home was in need of being updated as you will see in the before pictures. Nesco Construction was able to work with our customer to help them to obtain the right materials for this project that would also complement their design ideas. Now they have a beautiful new bathroom! We also removed and replaced the floor tile in the laundry room.
We were contacted by this customer and were told that one of their neighbors had run into the front of their house with a car. As you can see from the before and after pictures the front corner of the garage had been hit hard enough that there was damage to the wood framing, stucco, and drywall on the interior side of the garage. Nesco Construction was able to consult with a structural engineer to have them provide a fix based on the damage. All information was then submitted to the appropriate building department for a building permit to be issued. The repair was then completed. In the after pictures the front of the garage and inside of the garage look like nothing ever happened.
Nesco Construction was contacted by this customer and asked to move a door with a sidelite inside a commercial office space. We were able to retrofit the rough openings, repair the drywall, and match the existing materials to complete the project.
This customer has a single-story home that was recently purchased. The previous owner had installed a pair of barn doors for access to a bedroom area that did not have a closet. The door for the bedroom was in the hallway. The hinged door in the hallway was removed and the opening filled in. The area inside of the bedroom had a wall built to make a closet area inside of the bedroom. The hinged door from the hallway was reused as the door for the closet area. Inside the closet, there are tall shelves on each side of the door to hang long dresses. There is one standard height shelf for everything else. Paint was matched and the new closet looks like it belongs as part of the house.
There was only a single sink at the master bathroom vanity in this older home. Customer wanted to add an additional sink for a total of two and complete a minor remodel of the master bathroom by changing the vanity cabinet, new light fixtures, new mirrors, repainting, and new bath hardware.
At my own house, my wife wanted to do something different that would have a positive effect on the rest of the interior of our home. In the before picture you can see that there was a mantle shelf and niche area with a radius top that was removed. In the after picture real wood that was pre-assembled like big pieces of tile was laid out and installed on the wall surface. Needless to say there is definitely a huge positive effect on the immediate area around the fireplace as well as the interior of our home.
Customer is in the process of completing a whole house renovation. The entry doors to the home needed to be replaced and the customers opted for wrought iron doors. If we can help you with wrought iron doors for your home, please let us know.
This customer had an existing den area that they wanted to enclose to make a private room with a closet. There was also an opening that they wanted made into a niche. After meeting with the customers and listening to what they wanted to do, Nesco Construction came up with a plan for the door for the entrance to the room. And also a closet for the room. As you will see from the before and after pictures, everything turned out great! A pot shelf was built on top of the closet so that the very detailed crown molding would not have to be disturbed.
Please contact Nesco Construction to meet with you and look at your project.
