CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
We were contacted by this customer and were told that one of their neighbors had run into the front of their house with a car. As you can see from the before and after pictures the front corner of the garage had been hit hard enough that there was damage to the wood framing, stucco, and drywall on the interior side of the garage. Nesco Construction was able to consult with a structural engineer to have them provide a fix based on the damage. All information was then submitted to the appropriate building department for a building permit to be issued. The repair was then completed. In the after pictures the front of the garage and inside of the garage look like nothing ever happened.
Customer has a single hinged patio door on the rear of their home. The strike side of the door jamb was damaged in a forced entry. Nesco Construction was able to supply a new door jamb leg and match the casing profile. In the after picture it is just like the forced entry did not happen. We also installed screws in the strike plates that are long enough to go through the door jamb and into the wall framing providing additional security.
The laundry room area of this home had a leak at the washer box. Someone was brought in to extract the water. They removed drywall, floor covering, baseboard, and doors. Nesco Construction was able to put everything back together for the laundry room to be operational again.
