Salomon Residence: Window Replacement

Customer had a fixed picture window at the kitchen nook and above the bathtub in the master bathroom. They wanted to be able to open the windows for air to get into the house. In the nook area, we supplied and installed a single hung window that opens up and down. At the master bathroom, we used a vertical sliding window. Both of the new windows are replacement windows and were installed without any stucco damage. The new windows come with screens. This time of year they are being used on a regular basis to allow fresh air inside of the home.

Lee Residence: Windows

This customer had two existing windows on the back wall of their home. They wanted to change the two existing windows to larger windows and add an additional window of the bigger size for a total of 3 windows.
Nesco Construction was able to remove the two existing windows and retrofit the openings to the larger window size. At the same time, we also added a new opening for the third window. Nesco Construction supplied and installed the new windows for the openings. The interior required new drywall to be installed. The drywall was taped and textured in order to match the existing interior finish as close as possible. The crown molding was reinstalled. The baseboard was reinstalled. The new windows were cased to match the rest of the house. On the exterior the lath and stucco were repaired at the new windows. Both of the interior and exterior were painted as you will be able to see in the after pictures. The project went great from start to finish! Our customer is happy with how everything turned out!
